ENZ Education Consultancy ServicesMany Filipino professionals work outside the careers they studied for. Explore how international education and study abroad can help nurses, teachers, engineers and other professionals realign their careers and pursue global opportunities.
ENZ Education Consultancy ServicesI never truly understood the challenges of a long-distance relationship until I was in the same situation now. Mine is locally though. Haha. Seven years ago, it was easy for me to advise my clients who have partners to temporarily face the challenge of being away from their loved ones because they can eventually be together in about months or so. Don’t get me wrong. I give this kind of advice because in student visa applications, bringing a spouse or partner isn't as simple as declaring love and commitment. Immigration regulations require evidence of a strong, established relationship of at least 12 months before applying. Without that proof, a relationship cannot legally be recognized as de facto or common law. It’s a hurdle that many couples face - a test of patience, perseverance, and trust. I was glad most of my clients understood that then.
ENZ Education Consultancy ServicesThis is Edz and I am currently working as an Associate Director for the Service Processing Department at ENZ Education Consultancy Services (or simply ENZ). Before reaching this milestone, I was also once at the bottom of the corporate ladder eager to navigate the journey of a working adult. I started at ENZ as a Junior Consultant, assisting clients with their Australian student visa applications. This role is very dear to me because it was where I found the most fulfillment in my career - helping aspiring Filipinos turn their Aussie dreams into reality.
ENZ Education Consultancy ServicesIt was a busy afternoon in February 2018 when a client walked into our office to inquire about studying abroad. She was a Registered Nurse interested in going to Canada. Unfortunately, at that time, we were still in the process of learning about the country’s student visa programs.
